Our Story

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, our founder, Matt Casseday, always aspired to own his own practice. Matt began his career at a large rehabilitation network in Denver, where he eventually took on a leadership role. However, the large corporate environment didn’t give him the tools to run his clinic the way he wanted.

Matt’s dream of a locally owned and operated practice became reality in 2015 when Physical Therapy of the Rockies opened its doors in Littleton, Colorado. The practice expanded quickly, and a second location opened in Englewood the following year. Matt is now able to carry out his vision in three clinics. The Physical Therapy of the Rockies team delivers excellent physical therapy, utilizes the most current and effective treatments to get the best results for patients.

Amanda Dunn

PT, DPT, Cert. DN, Cert. AIB VR/CON

Amanda grew up in Iowa, playing many sports which resulted in two significant orthopedic injuries, ultimately leading her to her first physical therapy exposure. She remained a high-level athlete through college, as a member of the track and field team at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa for her undergraduate degree prior to attending Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska where she achieved her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017.

During her physical therapy schooling, Amanda found her love of neurologic conditions, primarily focusing on vertigo/vestibular disorders, TBI and concussion rehabilitation, and whiplash injuries. In addition, Amanda also enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, having experienced these issues herself. Amanda has her concussion/vestibular rehabilitation certification through the American Institute of Balance, is level II Functional Dry Needling certified, and she has her Thrust certification through the Institute of Manual and Manipulative Therapy. She prides herself on providing individualized, targeted patient care utilizing a combination of hands-on and exercise based rehabilitation to help improve her patients’ quality of life and return them to their recreational activities as efficiently as possible.

Suzanne Odvody

PT, DPT, OCS

Suzanne graduated from the University of Denver in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Sciences and then from Creighton University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022.

As a natural daredevil, competitive spirit, and multi-sport athlete, health and wellness was always a part of her mindset, but her experiences with injury as an internationally competitive alpine ski racer truly pushed her toward the profession. The world of a small outpatient PT clinic felt like home after personally rehabbing 3 ACL repairs, a lumbar vertebral fracture, and a broken shoulder.

If anyone understands the rehab process, the importance of an individualized program to assist with getting back to what we love, and the importance of movement on our quality of life, it’s Suzanne!

“I am passionate about tailoring my treatment programs to fit my patients’ needs while also empowering them to take control of their own health journey. I find it a critical part of the recovery process to educate patients about their condition, involve them in their recovery plan, and prepare them for managing their progress independently after discharge. I will empower you to work with me in finding long term solutions to your struggles and we’ll have fun while doing it! Laughter and banter go a long way in the recovery process.”

On a personal level, Suzanne enjoys all things outdoors, country dancing, exploring new breweries, wineries, and distilleries, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. You’ll find me on any given day enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather via a patio or while driving my wrangler without the roof and doors.
